Part 3 of the DP Retsuden run picks up the master numbering at #191 Turtwig and runs through #285 Darkrai. The opening non-holo block makes a deliberate move: the first nine slots are dedicated to the three Sinnoh starter evolution lines in their COMPLETE three-stage progressions, the first time the run gives them a full sweep before mixing in the wider roster.
After the starter-line opener, Part 3 leans heavily on Generation 2 Johto Pokémon: Pichu, the Marill / Azumarill / Azurill family, Sneasel, Steelix, Heracross, the Espeon and Umbreon line, Crobat, Slowking, Mantine. Generation 3 Hoenn entries follow with the Wurmple split (Silcoon → Beautifly, Cascoon → Dustox), Medicham, Whiscash, Tropius, and Chimecho. The Mirror Holo tier returns to the Sinnoh starters and several DP-anime focal Pokémon.
The standard 75 / 15 / 5 tier structure carries forward unchanged: 75 baseline Non-holo at the start of the run, then 15 Mirror Holo mid-tier chases, then 5 Sparkle Holo top chases at the very end. This is the locked Ensky DP-era pack composition across all thirteen parts.
Sparkle Holo capstones: #281 Lickilicky, #282 Gallade, #283 Dialga, #284 Palkia, #285 Darkrai. The Darkrai sparkle at the end of Part 3 is one of the most-sought-after pulls of the entire DP Retsuden run — Darkrai was a movie-tied mythical that summer, and this is its first Sparkle Holo appearance on an Ensky sticker.
